We have made the disappointing decision to cancel useR! 2020 in St. Louis. This has been in process for several weeks, but we have not been able to share details publicly until today. We’ve appreciated the R community’s patience as we’ve worked on this. We have not made any final decisions about what comes next for #useR2020. We’ll be working with the R Foundation, useR! 2020 Munich, and our local team next week to determine the best course of action for us to collectively take.

Call for Papers

The submission portal is now open! useR!2020 invites researchers from around the world to submit abstracts for presentation at our 2020 meeting in St. Louis, Missouri, USA. The meeting will feature a wide range of exciting talks, discussions, and networking opportunities. This is an opportunity to share your work with international colleagues who are R enthusiasts, including many current and future leaders in the R community. We welcome abstracts related to R from any disciplinary background, whether the work is computational, empirical, or theoretical in nature.

Call for Diversity Scholarship Applications

The program aims to alleviate the financial burden of attending useR! 2020 for members of underrepresented or historically marginalized groups in the R community who may not otherwise be able to attend the conference for financial reasons.
